Provide strategic oversight and hands-on management of the local data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana. Responsible for leading partners on site and offsite and prepare the business for data cleansing. Fixed Term, ASAP start, end date January 2026 . The ANZT SAP Data Migration Lead drives the data load and migration process for the ANZT Unify implementation, overseeing the local team and collaborating with Imperial, delivery partners, and Syniti to ensure the effective extraction, cleaning, mapping, and loading of master and transactional data into the Unify Core/ from SAP ECC to SAP S4 Hana. Principle Accountabilities Leadership & Coordination :Lead the integrated local data migration strategy, ensuring alignment with global initiatives. Foster collaboration among the ANZT ULIT, Global Data Delivery Lead, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Data Migration Management :Oversee the development and maintenance of a repeatable data load and migration process for the ANZT Unify implementation. Coordinate activities with Imperial, delivery partners, and Syniti resources, ensuring effective management of the local Data Migration team. Data Preparation & Loading :Ensure adherence to data assessment processes and procedures. Take accountability for the design of ETL processes, including profiling, harmonization, enrichment, and data collection. Manage and coordinate data load phases (ML1, ML2, ML3, and production). Support business units in data cleansing activities. Development & Execution :Develop load programs as necessary, ensuring efficient manual transformation and loading of data from legacy systems into the Unify Core. Oversee execution of automated data loads using SAP and other tools. Quality Assurance & Validation :Collaborate with Functional Data Consultants, SMEs, and Analysts to verify data integrity and resolve defects. Ensure a robust pre- and post-load validation process, securing business approval for data loads. Monitor and ensure adherence to quality metrics throughout the data migration process. Analytics & Reporting :Align data migration activities with analytics and reporting requirements. Implement Master Data Management (SAP/MDG) processes for Material and Business Partner workflows. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in SAP data migration (ECC to SAP S4 Hana), ETL processes, and data management frameworks. Strong leadership, project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex data initiatives on time. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data quality and integrity. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
