JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description: A fantastic leadership opportunity to drive the future of our supply chain function in ANZ, contributing to Mars' ambitious transformation agenda.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director – ANZ Pet Nutrition you will be responsible for developing and executing the supply chain strategy across the region, focusing on the digital transformation of the supply chain to meet evolving market needs; whilst driving Supply Chain collaboration with customers and striving for excellence in Supply Chain Service.
You'll lead a talented team covering Logistics, Supply Chain Excellence, Transformation, Compliance, and Customer Service, while navigating complex challenges and driving performance at the regional level.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Own and drive the supply chain strategy for ANZ ensuring alignment with the broader business transformation agenda Lead and develop a high-performing team across all areas of the ANZ Supply Chain, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement Manage and optimize key metrics including Case Fill Rate (98.5%) and Fill Rate on Time (95%), ensuring efficient and effective operations across warehousing, logistics, and transportation Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders including Sales, Finance, R&D, and Commercial leaders Drive major transformational initiatives across the supply chain function, working closely with cross-segment peers Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and sustainability within the ANZ supply chain operations Lead initiatives that deliver annual savings and productivity gains (~5% year-over-year), driving an agile and responsive supply chain.
What we're looking for?
You will berequired to balance the sometimes-conflicting demands of the business to achieve KPI metrics across Quality, Safety, Service, Compliance and Cost, while working collaboratively and embracing the 5 Principles.
In addition, you will have: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within supply chain management, preferably in a multi-country or regional setting Strong background in Logistics, Compliance, Customer Service, and Transformation with a demonstrated ability to manage complex operational and strategic initiatives Solid understanding of the digital transformation landscape within supply chain management Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, peers, and customer Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and driving efficiency through collaborative partnerships ?
