About the Role As an Initiative Lead in our Customer Service Operations, Strategy & Transformation team, you'll play a key role in helping lead the delivery of the strategic initiative "Collections Uplift Program" for CSO. You will be the person that connects all the dots across multiple teams to enhance our collections capabilities and ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers and live up to our purpose.
Your role will involve working closely with various departments, including Operations teams, Risk, Technology and Legal, to deliver a project that meets the expectations of our customers and stakeholders. You will do this with a lens on the future to ensure that what we build is suitable for now; but also sets us up for success as we deliver on the Retail Strategy. You will be skilled at ensuring that the backlog of work remains current and that the work is delivered in line with ADF principles.

What will your day look like? As an Initiative Lead, you will:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational strategy and goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure customers are at the forefront of decision-making, prioritizing their needs and expectations in all initiatives. Think about the future when redesigning processes and systems, ensuring sustainability and long-term success. Live up to our purpose by aligning initiatives with our core values and mission. Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects or initiatives, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment. Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in change management and process improvement is a plus. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
