RINA is currently recruiting for a ANZ HR Generalist to join its office in Melbourne, Australia within the Global Human Resources Division.
MissionThe HR Generalist will support the overall operations of the Human Resources, including but not limited to full cycle recruiting, training, employee relations, employee engagement, administration of benefits, HRIS administration, and a wide range of HR generalist duties as needed.
Key AccountabilitiesEmployee Engagement & Recognition Programs: Drive and monitor the success of employee engagement and recognition programs to foster a high level of employee morale.HRIS and Data Management: Perform HRIS data entry and utilize HRIS and other systems to ensure accurate data maintenance, approval of changes, and efficient processing in a timely manner.Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the Talent Recruiting Team in managing the talent acquisition process for assigned requisitions, as required. Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, when Talent Recruiting Team is not present in the cluster.Organization Structure Maintenance: Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.HR Policy Guidance: Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies; assist in enforcing policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements, company initiatives, and organizational goals.Employee Relations: Attend and actively participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate the planning and preparation for new hire orientation and other onboarding activities.Personnel File Management: Manage both active and inactive employee personnel files and I-9 documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and state law requirements.Learning & Development Data Management: Oversee data associated with learning and development through the Learning Management System (LMS).Company Communication Assistance: Assist the HR Team in company communication, including email communication and maintenance of the employee SharePoint site.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics.
