ANZ Hiring Software Engineer: ANZ is now hiring fresh graduates to fill positions as software engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities: Batch/jobs are continuously monitored, and the application health dashboard is observed.
Daily health inspections of the C1/C2 applications—roughly fifty or more—must be conducted.
Updating clients and stakeholders on the progress of daily batches and jobs.
Analyzing job failures, prioritizing problems, and executing workarounds for lengthy batches and job failures.
To restore the services, according to the established escalation process and any runbooks or knowledge bases.
Publish reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and send to the business.
Coordinating with the applications team to resolve problems with the apps.
Participation in daily stand-up and Scrum calls is required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 0–3 years of Linux and SQL experience.
Practical experience with Python or Shell scripting would be beneficial.
Ongoing evaluation of SLA Response and Resolution Service Enhancement initiatives.
Workflow knowledge and batch monitoring would be excellent.
Understanding of the ITIL methodology and incident management.
Worked as a production support/application worker.
Strong presenting and communication abilities.
Capacity to interact with all stakeholders (technical and non-technical) effectively.
Practical understanding of the production/application environment.
ITIL V4, AWS certification, and proficiency with Python or other programming languages are desirable.
Experience with incident management tools: BMC Remedy, ServiceNow.
Experience with batch monitoring tools: Autosys, IBM Tivoli, Control-M. Problem-solving abilities.
Strong writing and communication abilities.
Strong emphasis on customer service and interpersonal skills.
The capacity to cooperate with the application support team and work independently.
