About the role The ANZ Finance Senior Director will have overall leadership responsibility for the Finance Function across BCG's Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) system and lead a team of high performing finance professionals.
The role dually reports to the ANZ System Leader - who sets the business agenda - and the Asia Pacific (AP) CFO, who oversees the finance function in the region.
The finance function sets finance functional standards including accounting policies and tax policies and develops processes for critical business activities, implements systems and controls, and supports the local commercial activities of the BCG Partners.
About you CA/CPA qualified, you have extensive experience in a senior finance role within professional services, partnerships or similarly structured matrix environments.
Your strong commercial orientation and pricing and negotiation experience coupled with your strategic planning expertise enable you to support organisations to drive profitable outcomes and identify business development opportunities.
You are a critical thinker providing high-quality reporting and insights and implement best practice process and controls.
A trusted advisor, you can articulate complex information to a range of internal and external stakeholders with confidence and integrity and can suitably adapt your style to ensure optimal engagement with your audience.
