Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeEnvironment, Health, and Safety Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with specific EHS regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.ISO9001 Audits: Conduct and oversee both internal and external ISO9001 audits to ensure quality management systems are effectively implemented and maintained.Operational Oversight: Oversee all processes of ANZ EWS operations, driving continuous improvement to deliver efficient and cost-effective operations.Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of IFM vendors, service providers, and contractors in facilities management and site services to deliver an outstanding employee experience.Maintenance Management: Manage site maintenance and repair works to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.Global Strategy Implementation: Implement global EWS strategies, initiatives, and projects to align local operations with global standards.Budget Management: Develop and manage the facility's budget, control expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Prepare budget forecasts and spending reports on time.Vendor and Asset Management: Manage vendor relationships, departmental purchase orders, fixed and leased assets inventory, and AFE administration.Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of facilities and site services management.Stakeholder and External Relations: Build and continuously strengthen relationships with local stakeholders and liaise with external parties on building or facilities management matters.Additional ResponsibilitiesAdditional responsibilities include managing the ANZ fleet, supporting local Travel and Expenses management, overseeing local site services, and fulfilling additional tasks as assigned by the regional or global EWS team. Willingness to travel as necessary to meet operational requirements is also essential.QualificationsEducational Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher.ISO 9001 and Facilities Management: Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements and experience in facilities management are essential.Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively oversee and execute various facilities-related projects.Financial Acumen: Demonstrated financial acumen to manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in facilities operations.People Management and Teamwork: Excellent people management skills and a strong team spirit to lead and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
