This role will ensure the smooth execution of major brand design projects across the entire ANZ product portfolio.
This means planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles and production processes to ensure that the design/production guardrails are met.
Responsibilities Define and own the visual identity for specific brands within the portfolio.Lead internal and external design teams to tailor solutions to ANZ Business needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SR Design Lead, Brand, Insights, and Global Design teams.Create innovative design proposals, visualizing desired outcomes and sharing them with teams.Participate in research activities to translate customer needs into actionable design solutions.Contribute to key APAC strategic projects and represent the region in global design strategy development.Qualifications Minimum 10 years of design experience, with a strong focus on brand-related work.Holds a relevant degree in Product/Graphic Design or a related field.Exceptional design taste and expertise, with strong project and design management skills.Comfortable navigating dynamic, high-risk environments and influencing senior leadership across functions.Proficient in both verbal and written communication, and skilled in visualizing concepts through sketching or software.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, with a passion for design trends and team collaboration.Thrives in fast-paced, interdisciplinary environments.Clearly communicates a unique design perspective.Strong in project and agency management.Maintains an entrepreneurial mindset and clear communication under pressure.For you: Hybrid Work (3-4 days in office).We offer a competitive benefit package.Access generous leave options (e.g.
