What will you bring?To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experienceExperience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatoryExceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZStrong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connectionsFinancial savvy, with a keen attention to detailAn active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutionsThe ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguityExcellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skillsA proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environmentYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
