About the Roles in Dubbo
We're offering stable, permanent employment in Dubbo with competitive pay for experienced professionals in soil and concrete testing. As an Annex Laboratory Manager or Laboratory Supervisor, you'll lead and coordinate both laboratory and field staff, stepping in to perform hands-on testing as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate lab and field teams
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders
Conduct soil and concrete testing in both field and lab settings
Ensure accurate, timely records and reporting
Perform geotechnical and concrete testing
Carry out physical tasks in both lab and site environments

What We're Looking For:
Supervisory experience in a CMT laboratory
Solid experience in soil or concrete testing
Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality
Valid Australian manual driver's license preferred
Strong communication skills for client and team interactions
Australian/NZ citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted work rights
