Role Summary:
The Animal Helper role is perfect for individuals who are eager to get a foot in the door of the veterinary field. As an Animal Helper, you will support our clinic's daily operations, assist with animal care, and learn the ropes of working in a veterinary environment. This role is ideal for students looking to explore a career in veterinary medicine or for anyone passionate about animals and willing to contribute to their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the care and handling of pets during appointments Help maintain a clean and organised clinic environment Support veterinarians and technicians with routine tasks Participate in the daily feeding, bathing, and exercising of animals Assist with administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures for handling animals Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the clinic by providing excellent customer service and compassionate care Who We're Looking For:

Physically Fit: You are comfortable with tasks that can be physically demanding, such as cleaning kennels and lifting supplies. Qualifications:
Interest in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine or animal care Experience with animals (e.g., caring for pets, volunteering at shelters) is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends What You'll Gain:
