Who are we looking for? We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our hospitality team and make our residents feel comfortable, where we are committed to providing individually tailored care and service. With great attention to detail, you will make our aged care site sparkle, assist with laundry duties and prepare nutritious meals and serve great food. Most importantly, with a vibrant personality, you will connect and build relationships with our residents, listening to their stories with open and supportive ears.
What can you expect to be doing? Provide a responsive, flexible, prompt and courteous service to all residents Complete cleaning duties such as mopping, laundry, dusting and polishing Assist with the preparation, serving and clean-up of meals Provide excellent customer service to our residents Work collaboratively within the team to ensure the highest standard of service Ensure documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner What do you need to bring? Experience working in hospitality or any similar role will be valuable Certificate in Hospitality or similar will be highly regarded A resident-focused mindset with the willingness to go that extra mile Basic understanding of food safety procedures Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Availability to work early morning/lunchtime/afternoon/evening shifts as required Valid National Police check, flu and TGA approved COVID-19 vaccinations Who is AnglicareSA?
