Who we are looking for: AnglicareSA is seeking a confident, experienced Executive Assistant to partner with our Executive General Manager (EGM) of Aged Care Services. In this key role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our EGM's time and energy are focused on delivering strategic goals while helping to navigate competing priorities with ease.

Excels in dynamic environments : You thrive in fast-paced operational settings where deadlines are tight, and priorities evolve rapidly. Understands the bigger picture : You quickly grasp strategic goals and ensure that the EGM's focus stays aligned with achieving them. Takes ownership : You confidently juggle competing demands, managing schedules, meetings, and reports with precision and independence. Loves progress : You bring a "get-it-done" attitude, focusing on outcomes over perfection. Enjoys collaboration : You build strong relationships, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders and other EAs. What will you be doing? Executive support : Proactively manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, and oversee onboarding/offboarding of senior staff. Operational coordination : Prepare detailed agendas, compile executive reports, and maintain operational rhythm with confidence. Project support : Assist with research, coordination, and tracking of key project activities to support the EGM's strategic initiatives. Stakeholder management : Build and maintain effective relationships across the organisation, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. Reporting excellence : Coordinate Board and Executive reports, manage expenditure records, and track financial activities. What do you need to succeed? Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive support, preferably in an operational setting. Confidence and composure in managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment. Proven ability to create and maintain effective administrative systems. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Advanced MS Office proficiency and adaptability to other systems. Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
