About the role:
The care we offer responds to the diverse needs and choices of the people we serve. The Care Coordinator works closely with the Facility Manager and frontline staff providing quality leadership to ensure a positive, friendly, helpful and engaged culture exists.

The Care Coordinator will ensure that all residents receive high-quality clinical care that meets their specific needs and complies with statutory and legal requirements.
About you:
You will bring a passion for improving the lives of our residents, experience as a CN or CCC (preferably within aged care). Be empowering with a supportive leadership style.
AHPRA registration as an RN Demonstrated experience in a senior nursing position in the coordination and clinical evaluation of aged care residents. Working knowledge of aged care standards, principles and practice. Knowledge of budgets and AN-ACC Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and supervision to a multi-disciplinary team, identify professional development needs of staff and to coordinate education programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
