Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) This is an opportunity to bring your administration skills to a not-for-profit that supports some of Victoria's most at-risk families. Join the teams across our Loddon region working from any of these locations: Bendigo, Maryborough, or Echuca. You will be supporting service delivery professionals with admin tasks and reception support.
This position is casual and will cover periods of leave at the named offices within the Administration Team. The Administration team provides professional, efficient, and effective administrative support to program staff, Managers, and Service Users.
The skills you will use day to day: Administration or business support experience High level communication Ability to bring teams together Prioritise multiple tasks of high importance and high risk Self-driven who can deliver in a fast-paced role working on their own initiative Strong communication, writing, and IT skills What makes this such a great role for you: An hourly rate of $38.42 plus 25% casual loading No set hours, let us know your availability in your cover letter.
