We seek a person who has the capacity to engage with complex organisational systems to develop outcomes, working closely with Parishes and schools for the benefit of local communities.
What can you expect to be doing?Engage with AnglicareSA programs to identify opportunities for service delivery linkages and projects with local communities through Parishes and schools.Develop collaborative relationships with Anglican Community leaders to increase community awareness, engagement and service responses.Enhance the awareness of the Anglican Community of the range of services provided through AnglicareSA and ways to support these services through intentional giving.Work in collaboration with other members of the Mission and Anglican Community Engagement Team to develop durable and purposeful connections with the Anglican Community.What do you need to bring?Qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Community Development, Theology and/or equivalent tertiary qualifications.Eligible for licensing as a lay or an ordained minister in the Diocese of Adelaide.Ability to work with diverse communities to identify leadership and engage in community work effectively.Written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in IT, communications and social media.Public speaking, presentation and workshop development skills.Project management skills and capacity to monitor and assess project effectiveness and outcomes.Who is AnglicareSA?AnglicareSA, South Australia's leading social services provider, empowers over 60,000 individuals annually.
