About the Role In this role, your duties as a Construction Team Leader will include but not be limited to:
Coordinating/leading teams in day-to-day activities to achieve desired outcomesLiaising with our Construction Manager on current & upcoming projectsStrategic planning/carrying out of projects within timelines and budgetsAdhering to workplace health and safety policies and proceduresAssisting in completing projects within timeframes & budgetRecording and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes, objectives & issuesThis role will also require work across our Cowell, Haslam, Streaky, and Coffin Bay locations where needed.
About You To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
