About the Role Primo Foods is seeking a Workplace Trainer and Assessor to join the team for our Wacol DC department. This role will focus on delivering training in-line with our training matrix to remain compliant.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivery of training programs Deliver training, advice and guidance to students throughout their learning experience Delivery of training by using a variety of methods (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, e-Learning and general discussions) Conduct assessments Identify areas for improvement and advise recommended changes to Training Lead Work with Primo WH&S and FSQA department to follow standards and quality assurance practices Student coordination and support First point of contact for QDC student support Support students to understand expectations Help students to learn and develop skills Identify learning needs Provide additional assistance where LLN/disability is identified and requires reasonable adjustment Ensure students are supervised and safe at all times General administration Tracking progress of students via Learning Management System Assist in scheduling training and assessment of students based on site requirements Check accuracy of paperwork and ensuring student requirements are met Review and update task descriptions and task assessments About you: Ability to support others and encourage learning Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus Ability to consider others' perspectives Computer literacy MS Word and Outlook Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required to undertake this position Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and also within a team environment Must be passionate and willing to consider continuous improvement opportunities Ability to partner with site staff and support learning and development practices Sees an opportunity and acts in the best interest of all stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work within organisational and ASQA guidelines, policies and legislation Make self fully available as required Why work for Primo?
