Strong organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided if necessary) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision Unrestricted work rights (VISA) in Australia A positive attitude and willingness to learn Roles & Responsibilities for Administration:

Assist with home opens and tenant/owner queries.
Execute REIWA documentation and other related paperwork.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations.
