About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys a variety of administrative tasks, and excels in supporting project operations.
Ideally, you will have:
Minimum of 1-4 years experience of recent project administration work; Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and competent skills in MS Office Suite; Ability to prioritize own workload; Attention to detail and high level of accuracy; Current and unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence. A permanent part-time role is on offer of 30 hours per week over a 5-day work week, including flexibility around start and finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support project operations through tasks such as creating and managing projects in Vantagepoint (Project Management Software), maintaining client data and project folders, and organizing travel arrangements. You will handle client agreements, fleet management, and equipment ordering while ensuring all resources are efficiently managed. Additionally, you will coordinate staff meetings, manage boardroom bookings, and oversee administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Experience with project management software is essential. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
