The Role Reporting to the National Manager Medical and Ancillary Partnerships, the position plays a crucial role in the execution of Honeysuckle Health's strategies associated with the identification, growth and management of clinically appropriate ancillary and general practitioner partnerships. Consultation and collaboration with ancillary and general practitioners are central in establishing and managing partnerships contracted to Honeysuckle Health and clients.
Responsibilities Evolving ancillary & general practitioner funding model strategies and partnerships.Identification, implementation and growth of ancillary and general practitioner partnerships.Effective management of partnerships, including monitoring performance and operationally managing appropriate schedules.Collaboration and engagement with ancillary and general practitioners, clients and peak industry bodies.Lead multi-disciplinary teams to effectively identify, design, build and deploy appropriate solutions.Develop unique offerings and offers for Honeysuckle Health customers.Balance the sustainable affordability of partnerships.Analyse, develop, produce and assist in the successful implementation of initiatives.Develop and maintain data management strategies.Provide timely and strategic analysis, insights, operational performance and advice.Effective engagement of key internal and external stakeholders.Building brand awareness in Honeysuckle Health and improve customer brands where identified – with products and relationships that demonstrate commitment to provider consultation and collaboration.Knowledge Requirements A degree in relevant field in health or business (preferred).5+ years relevant healthcare experience.2+ years managing healthcare networks.Proven ability to build effective internal/external business relationships at a senior level.Demonstrated decision making skills at a senior level and experience with responsibility for delivery of outcomes.Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation and collaborative skills.Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, strategic and innovative thinking.Advanced analytical skills and experience managing large and complex data.An ability to demonstrate action in complex ambiguous environments.High-level relationship management experience across all levels of internal and external organisations.Demonstrated experience in managing assessment of proposals against strategic criteria.Understanding and documenting business requirements.Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills.Confidence and credibility.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.To Apply Please submit your cover letter and resume via the Seek portal by C.O.B 4th October 2024 outlining your relevant experience.
