ANCA is expanding our Apprenticeship program to include multiple First Year Engineering Apprentices at our Bayswater North facility. As a first-year apprentice, you will receive expert guidance and develop a wide array of engineering skills, laying a strong foundation for a successful career in advanced manufacturing and automation. We encourage high school leavers to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble and configure machine builds to exact specifications.Apply analytical skills for fault finding and decision-making.Ensure high precision tolerances through metrology application.Maintain documentation and contribute to standard work instructions.Uphold safety standards and participate in risk assessments.Required Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical principles and engineering concepts.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.Our apprenticeship program includes a comprehensive 4-year learning plan that incorporates studies at TAFE. This structured program ensures that apprentices gain both practical experience and theoretical knowledge, setting them up for a successful career in engineering.
