As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Data Science Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be integral in driving data-driven decision-making and providing actionable insights that help shape our strategies.
Job Description Data Analysis & Modeling: Design and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive models to support financial forecasting, risk management, and market analysis.Data Processing: Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Business Insights: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business problems, identify key data trends, and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.Predictive Analytics: Build models to forecast financial trends, identify anomalies, and enhance decision-making related to investments, customer behavior, and financial risk.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and IT, to deliver data-driven solutions to business challenges.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics, applying new techniques and technologies to improve processes and deliver more impactful insights.The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Experience:At least 3 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative role, preferably in financial services or a related industry.Proven experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services is highly desirable.What's on Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Career development opportunities in a rapidly growing firm.Flexible work arrangements, including options for remote work.Collaborative, innovative work environment with a focus on continuous learning and growth.Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies to support your work.Health and wellness programs, including gym memberships and mental health support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
