In this role you will act as the squads insight expert, creating visuals, documents, commentary and recommendations based on your analysis.Your analysis will look to better understand the members, partners and behaviours to make critical business decisions on program construct, member experiences and partner engagement to drive business value and support the squad OKRs.You'll be great in this role if you:Have4+years' experience in aninsights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomesExpert SQL / Python (or similar) coding ability in extracting from and manipulating large data sets.Experience in experiment design and analysis.A strongunderstanding ofkey analytical concepts including statisticalmethodology, segmentation and targeting.Highly developed skills in proactively scoping, executing and communicating sophisticated data discovery and analyses in response to stakeholder challenges.Comfort in independently delivering results and insights to a broad range of stakeholders, and experience in storytelling through data to a range of audiences.
