We are seeking an Analytics & Insights professional for a 12-month parental leave period, to be a strategic partner, crafted to operate within an agile framework with accountability for developing and deploying industry leading digital and data strategy that will positively impact the customer experience. You will be responsible for primary and secondary research and will be aligned to one of priority therapeutic areas.Job Description Major accountabilities: Strong understanding of specific therapeutic area data needs.Supervise and analyse performance data and market trends to find opportunities to improve business performance.Using predictive and prescriptive analytical models to generate actionable insights and recommendations, tailored to different key roles in the organization, help them decide on the best actions to take.Support SFE/Sales Operations function (ie. Execution and Performance reporting platforms and analytics, targeting/segmentation, incentive programs and prioritisation)In collaboration with BE&E partners, measure & assess efficiency of marketing & cross-channel initiatives, consolidating these into actionable recommendations.Proactively identify business questions/needs and propose analytical solutions using primary and secondary research.Stay current on external and internal guidelines for data management, to understand and fully align with data governance and compliance requirements.Strong collaboration and partnerships with teams located in multiple geographies.Minimum Requirements: 5-10 years' experience or equivalent achievementStakeholder management and ability to challenge thoughts and ideas across all levels of leadership.Strong business partnership orientationData synthesis and storytellingKnowledge of key concepts and practices in data governance and data managementHands-on skills in data analytics including the ability to build and maintain effective dashboards and conduct exploratory analyses.Excellent communication and project management SkillsBusiness Intelligence tools expertise (ie. PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense, matplotlib, etcLanguages : English.Skills Desired
