Job Description Role Overview:   You will be part of research operations and data visualisation team, and you will support the next phase of growth.
The overarching goal of this team is to: Drive data quality Deliver best in class data management Provide consistency and find efficiencies in data delivery Support on data analysis Build dashboards for a variety of research projects Explore new ways and methods in digital delivery Kick-start a new phase in data engineering   In this role, as a member of the team, you will be working across the Research Operations and Dashboarding Team with some cross-overs into Advanced Analytics.
You will support your team members in working with internal stakeholders across our partner teams to provide support on data automation tasks as well as dashboard specifications, design proposals, process documentation and the technical build of dashboards in Tableau, PowerBI, Harmoni or other platforms.
This role would suit an ambitious candidate with at least 5 years work experience and ideally has a background or interest in market research, data analytics or design.
The ideal candidate will be highly personable and a strong relationship builder.
You must be comfortable at building relationships with your key internal stakeholders (i.e.
team members) and over time you will build relationships with the broader team and eventually our clients – though this role is predominantly internal facing to start off.
This role is split into the following main areas, including:   DATA MANAGEMENT   Data processing and data file set-up, including: Data cleaning and quality control on collated data Data checks on data collection and data files Data processing and file preparation Getting data files 'Q-ready' Final Q file set up Experience with report automation tools (Q, DisplayR, R, Python, Syntax, Tableau, Power BI) DATA VISUALISATION   Dashboard preparation, including: Understanding of data files and data structures Initial data checks, usability of data, re-shaping of data Analytics of data: transforming, reshaping, and creating calculations and data manipulations Scoping and pricing of dashboard builds   Design & build, including: Plan and design of dashboard content Wireframe check and review of data specs Dashboard technical build Data checking, quality control and testing of UX experience Maintenance of dashboard   We are looking for an individual who has a foundation of all-round technical knowledge and is eager to learn new platforms, tools, and programming languages.
We are looking for a keen learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment with experience in any of the following.
Required experience: SPSS and Q SPSS syntax writing DisplayR VBA for Excel Knowledge of Confirmit or Decipher Python, R, jQuery Knowledge of dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Dapresy & Harmoni) CSS, Javascript, HTML Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
