About The Company   
Our client is a contract testing laboratory specialising in chemical, microbiological and physical analysis for manufacturers across Pharmaceutical, Veterinary and Bioanalytical sectors. Critical to the laboratory's success is the analytical services team who act as an important liaison between the laboratory and their customer base.
  
About the Role  
A permanent full-time position as an Analytical Services Officer, working business hours Monday to Friday, is available immediately for the right candidate. This is an entry level/early career role that would suit a fresh graduate or someone looking to transition from a laboratory based position to customer service. We are looking for individuals that can perform the following:
Primary communication by both telephone and email with existing customer base Providing insight and resolution on sample and results discrepancies Scheduling daily analytical service and registration team activities Ensuring appropriate allocation of duties, liaising with clients, meeting agreed turnaround times, and participation in meeting quality and efficiency standards Responsible for ensuring samples are registered and made available for testing asap Work with the team to drive forward with continuous improvement Ensure quality standards, procedures, safety and policies are achieved at all times LIMS system entry and review Liaise with the quality team in providing quality results and documentation Promote communication and team work to achieve best outcomes for clients Additional duties as required About You
To be successful in this role you will be expected to have the following:
BSc in Microbiology, other scientific discipline, diploma in laboratory techniques, or equivalent Basic knowledge of GLP/GMP Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound report writing skills Organisation skills and strong attention to detail       Full working rights in Australia If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please apply online in the first instance.
