We're seeking experienced Analysts to join our team and make an immediate impact across various business areas, with both permanent and maternity leave contracts available.
THE CHALLENGEYour primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely reporting. This role will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including the Executive, Sales and Merchandise teams to develop regular, streamlined reporting mechanisms. The Analyst will identify gaps and opportunities in sales performance, creating visibility for account performance to drive positive business outcomes.
Timely & accurate reporting & analysis to enable effective decision-making by the management team.Prepare & communicate ongoing reports focusing on wholesale sales & margin, profitability, and seasonal bookings performance.Conduct inventory analysis and generate reports to provide insights into current and projected inventory levels.Provide ad hoc analysis to deliver insights that assist in achieving business goals.Contribute to the financial plan and forecasts as required.Manage sales incentive targets, tracking, and payment calculations for the sales teams.Collaborate with BI stakeholders to build, validate, and publish key reports.Highlight data quality issues to IT to ensure accurate reporting.Provide ongoing training to sales and other team members.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?To be successful you will have:
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical skills.Experience working with major ERP systems, e.g. SAP.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft packages.Attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analysis and requirements gathering skills, both business and systems focused.Ability to translate business needs into technical system requirements.THE REWARDThis is a business like no other.
