Analyst – Wills And Estates (Trusts)

We are looking for a full-time Analyst – Wills and Estates (Trusts) to join our Trustee & Wealth Services (TWS) team in Adelaide.
We are ideally looking for someone with strong administration skills and a passion for process improvement.
The role will involve working with various systems to support the management of traditional trustee services, client onboarding, and estate management.
You will need to learn systems quickly and maintain high attention to detail as you assist with setting up trusts, processing payments, and handling client communications.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality administration support in managing client records, trust setups, payments, and bank account details.
Assist with client onboarding and offboarding using NavOne/HUB24, maintaining accurate client data.
Answer calls, assist with sending client letters for will reviews, and ensure clear communication.
Handle various operational tasks including document execution, archiving, and safe custody of physical assets.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiencies and client outcomes.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous learning within the team and contribute to the development of procedural manuals.
Key Skills & Experience: Experience in office administration.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
Experience in reception or call centre environments is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience with business services administration, document execution, and compliance controls is preferred.
