Your New Role:
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Technology Governance.
The Analyst is an integral member of AustralianSuper's Technology Governance team.
The role is responsible for contributing to the delivery and continuous improvement of governance functions for Technology Services.
The role will work across key governance functions, including technology governance, technology Board, Committee and Management forums, audit management, the technology communications framework and process maturity.
Key duties include but are not limited to: Assist with the design and review of the Fund's technology governance framework and information flow to ensure appropriate technology oversight.Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the 3LOA to achieve workable and pragmatic outcomes that resolve governance issues and support an effective risk management system.Assist with the continuous improvement of TS communication both internally and externally.Assist with the design and management of the centralised technology minimum mandatory requirements.Ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts.Strong people and relationship management skills.Ability to work effectively and independently.Contribute to the coordination and management of the Technology Services leadership governance forums. What You'll Need: Strong written and oral communication skills is a requirement in this role.A high level of computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft applications.Strong curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.
