Due to this growth, our client seeks an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its team and support various Corporate and Commercial Finance initiatives.The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Finance, this highly visible and multi-faceted role supports a variety of workstreams, including developing and maintaining project and corporate models, supporting M&A analysis, supporting project financing activities, driving the strategic planning process, and supporting shareholder-related queries and reporting.Required skills & experienceThe successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance Accounting (or similar) and likely postgraduate qualifications in finance (CFA, CA). This position requires the maintenance and development of corporate finance models. Hence, applicants must bring at least 2 (ideally 4+) years of experience in a financial modelling or corporate finance-related position and ideally with exposure to renewables, energy, or related capital-intensive asset classes.
