Cravern requires an Analyst Programmer to guide and build its reporting and analytics service. The primary purpose of this role is to define, develop, test, analyse, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analysing software programs and applications. Additionally, the role is required to work with Cravern's Principal architect in the development of Cravern's foundational data architecture and the development and maintenance of our Industry-specific data models and metrics. The programmer/analyst will be at the forefront of our technical initiatives and will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of the customer's data hosting platform, data model, and reporting. They will provide governance for the development of activities Cravern is performing and provide mentoring for the team. The development and adherence to processes involved in the development, deployment, maintenance, and support of reporting and analytics is critical. What you will be doing: Collaborate with internal/client developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications. Developing application-specific architecture around connection, and ingestion and management of application data. Keeping up to date with Power BI and Azure developments and releases, understanding the different uses. Lead various customers through cloud adoption and establish best practices for the Extraction, Transformation and Loading of Data to report against. Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the needs of the customers. Research, identify, analyse, and fulfil the emerging technologies and requirements of all users including both hardware and software. Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging. Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process. Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines. Prepare cost benefits and analysis reports for customers. Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform. Required skills: Recommendation and Improvement: Critically analyse IT platforms, proactively suggesting technology enhancements Effective Information/Data Management Advanced Problem-Solving & Database Management ReactJS and Java Master DevOps Expert ETL and ELT Proficient Power BI Master Fluent in English and Mongolian (both written and verbal) Willingness and ability to travel internationally to client sites when required If you think this could be you, please get in touch with us.
