Job Description: TD Asset Management (TDAM), a member of TD Bank Financial Group, is a leading North American investment manager offering progressive investment solutions to both institutional and individual investors. Job Description :
We are seeking a data-savvy individual to join us on the Portfolio Analytics Team. The Portfolio Analytics team develops analytical tools for the investment management teams that are directly used for investment decision making on billions of dollars across multiple asset classes. Robust and reliable data is the foundation upon which these tools are built. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the data is of the highest quality through monitoring and performing daily operational procedures, promptly investigating and resolving issues, and communicating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Providing first-class, effective day-to-day support for the investment management teams, acting as the main point of contact for resolving data quality issues Ensure timely delivery of high quality of daily and intraday data through monitoring analytics processes Support periodic trading activities and risk management reporting Maintaining portfolio and security level data to ensure accurate calculation of fixed income portfolio metrics such as yield and duration Running SQL database queries to assist in data issues and troubleshooting Performing root-cause analysis for identified data issues, developing remediation plans Developing SQL stored procedures to export data for various groups across the business Developing subject matter expertise in trading analytics, and supporting data requests Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree required (math, engineering or computing) Experience in SQL and working with large data sets Experience in a task-oriented or operations-focused role Basic knowledge of trade execution and capital markets through education, professional designations or work experience is an asset Working knowledge of Python is an asset Experience building Tableau Dashboards or similar data visualization tools is an asset Ideal Candidate: Maintains high standards for data quality Proactively improving processes, and automating routine tasks Client focused mindset, building and strengthening relationships with portfolio management teams and other business partners Intermediate knowledge of data analysis methods Ability to resolve complex data issues Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
