Reporting to the Superintendent Port Production, you will be responsible for providing analysis of functional performance, business plans and improvement initiatives.Duties:Conduct detailed analysis of port and rail operations to identify areas for improvementMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to port and rail logisticsDevelop and maintain data models and dashboards to support decision-making processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain and logistics processesProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiencyAssist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve port and rail performancePrepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and improvement initiativesSkills and Experience:Degree in Computer Science, Commerce or equivalent experience would be advantageousStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BIExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbout the Company:Roy Hill is a world-class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.We are a company where people matter.
