BCEO Woolloongabba Salary $100,577 - $111,748 + Super Full time continuing Join Brisbane Catholic Education and you will play a key role in supporting the development of new schools and the expansion of existing ones within Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE).
Your work will assist school leadership, senior leaders, and Archdiocesan Services by providing vital data analysis and property research to guide future school planning.About the role: Conduct socio-demographic, enrolment, and statistical analysis to inform school projects, expansions, and land acquisitions.
Provide detailed reports and projections. Utilise the Esri Software Package (ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online) to perform geographic information systems (GIS) analysis and update BCE's geospatial databases. Collaborate with school Principals to analyse enrolment trends and develop future enrolment strategies.
Monitor demand for individual schools. Report and offer insights on population trends, enrolments, and community demographics to shape future school requirements. Contribute to the development of BCE's 20-Year New School Development Schedule and Existing School Expansion Strategy, identifying opportunities for land acquisition. Assist in maintaining a register of preferred acquisition properties and contribute to the beneficial ownership register for all BCE-owned properties, including site assessments. Track key internal and external data to identify future growth and building needs. About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or postgraduate qualifications in Social Sciences, Urban or Town Planning, Property Economics, or a related field. Experience in demographic/property research and data analysis. Strong written skills, translating data into clear, actionable reports for senior leadership. Engage with school leaders and external partners to inform planning decisions. All BCE employees will: Hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue card working with children.
