The Role You will play an integral role in shaping the future of CBH as an Analyst in the Network Planning team supporting strategic planning of the Network and assist in enabling the delivery of the Group's 2033 Strategic Objectives through rigorous analysis, business case development, and implementation of capital investments in the network.
Reporting to the Manager - Network Planning and working closely with operational personnel in regional areas and in head office, the key deliverables for the role are:
Support/manage smaller scale projects, and support business in managing larger projects; Prepare and review detailed financial models; Undertake robust commercial analysis, including in-depth stakeholder engagement; Communicate and adapt recommendations or findings via business case and presentation to varied stakeholders. About You Demonstrated experience within either a professional services, management consulting, corporate strategy and planning, or agricultural environment;
Experience in supporting commercial planning and assessments relating to projects (capital expenditure and performance improvements), including modelling, preparing business cases, and Board presentations;
A dynamic thinker with a curious mind who can apply critical analysis to potential value creation opportunities;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders;
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely to individuals at all levels and produce high-quality written documentation.
