About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic IT Support Analyst (Level II) to join the team permanently.
Reporting to the Senior IT Support Analyst, this role provides a huge amount of variety and stability to develop technically and grow with our expanding operations.
No two days will be the same being a part of our small, highly experienced, easy-going, and fun IT team.

Delivering results and exceeding customer expectations is the team's focus working across an extremely large mine site.
The key to your success will be displaying a flexible and service-focused attitude, with unflustered energy.
You can expect a typical week on site to involve the following:
Desktop Support including client server applications, web applications, Microsoft applications, Windows operating systems, and geology softwareUser Management in both on-premises and Azure Active DirectoryContributing to and maintaining documentation of site infrastructure, applications, and procedures.You will pride yourself on delivering and seeking out solutions whilst always looking to continuously improve on IT efficiencies.
This position will only be offered to those who reside locally to Kalgoorlie or are willing to permanently relocate.
Relocation support can be provided.
The roster is a continuous 5:2:4:3 (10-hour day) roster.

About you You must have at least 3+ years previous experience working in a support analyst capacity (mining experience is ideal but not essential) and can meet the following criteria:
IT qualifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL Certified, or MCSE (desirable but not required)Technical Analysis; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesProficient in the use of all Microsoft softwareCompetent in network supportFamiliarity with managing cybersecurity issuesAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and work autonomouslyCan demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Evolution Mining valuesAt Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
