Responsibilities: Responsible for bringing IT solutions to business problems.Apply IT technology to enhance business operations, developing detailed systems design specifications for business solutions.Develop written procedures for the administration of these specifications.Provide user training and problem resolution and enhancement support for the production applications.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration or related field.
Foreign equivalents accepted, whether single degree or multiple degrees evaluated to be equivalent to a bachelor's in required fields.18 months of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst or other related role bridging business needs and IT solutions.18 months of experience creating business requirements documents and maintaining requirement traceability matrix in JIRA.18 months of experience participating in scrum meetings and following Agile Methodology.18 months of experience communicating with both technical IT staff and end-users to understand application requirements and design.Signet Jewelers is a people-first company.
