We are committed to understanding our clients, and delivering insights and creative solutions, to drive sustainable business growth.
Your impact
Our team focus on customers that operate in the Health and Constructions Services sectors. Additionally, you will attend customer meetings/events with Relationship Executives and Senior Executives, providing crucial Relationship support to our goal of being the #1 Business Bank.
Do work that matters
As an Analyst, you will be passionate about customer service and focused on achieving our goal of being number 1 in client satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to sophisticated Corporate Banking clients/deals with a strong and successful business.
Your role will involve

Financial modelling and analysis relating to Business and/or Commercial Banking clients.
Prepare credit submissions for new facilities, and coordination of deal execution through documentation and funding.
Manage the portfolio's data quality, compliance and reporting requirements such as pipeline leads, calls, contacts and revenues versus plan.
Performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to Risk Management.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Client Service Centre, Risk Management, Global Markets, Banking Products, Asset Finance Specialists and Specialist Distribution.
Structure and clearly articulate the credit merits of a transaction, including identifying and mitigating key risks.

What are we looking for?
We're high performing, customer focused team and we're looking for an experienced Analyst with the same attributes. You are self-driven, a good team player and highly adaptable to complex environments. Some of the key capabilities & experience we're looking for include:

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Have client service experience ideally in a Commercial or Business banking environment.
Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions, and ideally have previous 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience.
Strong credit writing and commercial acumen – particularly in financial analysis of balance sheets, profit and loss, cashflow forecasting and unsecured lending.
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
