Want to be part of it?About the RoleThe Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking an Analyst to provide a critical role within Operational Performance and Cultural Reform team.The Analyst is responsible for undertaking reviews and analysis of business activities, mapping and articulating processes, navigating complex data sources, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities that will optimise the department's service delivery to the Victorian community.Some of your duties will include:Using research and analytical methods to analyse business activities, processes, and data, deriving actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborating with business units to capture necessary information, coordinate efforts and manage interdependencies.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the department's processes.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Data analysis and analytics: strong data analysis skills, including the ability to gather, clean, analyse and interpret data.
