Job Description: About the role The Administration Assistant provides support to register certificates and to process payments of accounts and weekly payments received on behalf of employers, injured workers, providers and the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to injured worker's compensation claims.
Payment of medical treatment invoices Processing under threshold accounts – FIGTREE Processing of legal payments Reconciliation and reissue of stopped and stale cheques Processing cheques received for recovery purposes Calculating, processing and reconciling weekly compensation payments/reimbursements To be successful in this role Knowledge and understanding of VCODES; Novus and ACCtion systems is preferable High level of motivation High level of data entry/keyboard skills Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office Packages (including excel) Working in an environment requiring the application of confidentiality and discretion Required expertise: Work management – time management and organisational skills, attention to details Communication skills – both written and verbal Customer Service Resilience and perseverance Reliability About DXC DXC provides policy and claims management services to government and organisations across Australia.
