This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across the Financial Crime & Compliance (FC&C) function through technology and data analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with the FC team and internal technology/data teams to ensure Crown meets regulatory requirements and mitigates business/regulatory risks.Execute technology and data analytics initiatives for digital transformation.Provide business requirements for Group Technology/Data teams.Collaborate with FC delivery and change teams for training and support.Perform data analytics and visualization to support financial crime functions.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.What we are looking forPractical experience in delivering data analytics solutions.Advanced SQL and Python skills and experience in cloud computing environments (particularly Google Cloud Platform).Experience in financial crime technology or related initiatives within financial services or the gaming industry.Knowledge of regulatory environments within the gaming industry is advantageous.A degree (or currently pursuing) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Data Science, Business Management, Engineering, MBA) is desirable.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
