The RoleIn this role you'll take ownership of business-critical custom-built applications, playing an essential role in the technical team as the .Net development SME. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills in report development, creating, managing and improving data-driven tools. Work closely with an experienced tight-knit team varying in skillsets.
This position will suit an experienced .Net developer who has done some report development in a previous role or who has done certificates in Power BI, hoping to transition into a similar position. Deliver in the following areas: Design and develop digital solutions including reports, dashboards, and custom applications (.Net) tailored to the business's needs.Ensure seamless integration and efficiency by writing T-SQL queries and optimizing data retrieval processes for powerful reporting tools like Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering technology solutions that enhance organizational productivity and operational efficiency.Take ownership of the performance and continuous improvement of digital tools, ensuring they meet business goals and drive decision-making support.Provide expert technical support to colleagues, empowering them to maximize the value of custom-built applications and solutions.Key skills and experience: 5+ years' experience in development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and WPFProficient in writing complex T-SQL queries and stored procedures; experience developing reports, dashboardsFamiliarity with Power BI, SQL Server and SSISStrong source control skills (Azure DevOps ideally)To discuss this opportunity in more detail, please apply OR email Jaydene at .
