What this opportunity involves: We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Capital Markets team focusing on data centres!
A snapshot of the role:
Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks, undertaking detailed due diligence. Oversee and manage the end-to-end campaign processes handling preparation of materials, financial modelling, and purchaser RFIs to achieve a successful sale outcome. Work with internal and external stakeholders to form an opinion on property value and appropriate return metrics. Extensive financial modelling skills are preferred, including knowledge of discounted cash flow valuation techniques. Provide superior financial, Tenancy & Lease analysis on all facets of assets. Source, collect, and collate sales evidence on a national basis and preparation of detailed Sale Analyses. Sound like the job you are looking for?
Before you apply it's also worth knowing what we are looking for: You'll have strong analytical skills and research capabilities, whilst being able to communicate effectively with your team and clients directly.
You'll have experience working in a highly driven environment and thrive on operating autonomously whilst meeting tight deadlines.
A Property degree with proven valuations or Alternatives sector property transaction experience is highly favorable as is competency in Forbury or similar programs.
