What you will be doing The Analyst for Cyber Education, Training & Awareness will assist in drafting, engaging, and communicating/circulating/training cyber security awareness content, including articles, emails, and training materials.
You will also be responsible for:
Supporting drafting and communicating cyber security awareness materials including newsletter articles, posters, infographics, and presentations that use simple and non-technical language.Supporting the execution of phishing simulation campaigns, including monitoring responses and compiling reports.Supporting the facilitation of training sessions via face-to-face, online, and computer-based training.Supporting the promotion and running of special events including Cyber Security Awareness month.Organising and coordinating training schedules, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.Providing administrative support, including maintaining training records, managing attendance, and preparing reports.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.What you will bring to the role Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in an administrative, coordination, communications, change management or training related role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Interest in cyber security and willingness to learn about the cyber security.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge of LMS platform.Prosci certified or similar certification but not essential.Knowledge of jurisdictional structures and maturity frameworks relevant to the energy sector.Greater understanding of cyber threats and cyber security tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).Ability to travel interstate and work flexible hours.Ability to obtain and maintain national security clearance (NV1).Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver complex programs and projects with proven cost control and resource management ability with a track record of delivery to budget and plan.Ability to prepare and deliver high quality communications suitable for management and external stakeholders.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving capability.In return some of our benefits to you Flexible working: work from home, part-time, job share, hybrid options, and additional leave options.Professional development via projects, industry networks, job rotation, study assistance, and more.Give back with up to 4 days of volunteering leave per year.Embrace a healthier you with our wellness program, discounted health insurance, gym perks, and our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP).This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, with option to extend or go Perm.About Our Process AEMO values diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, welcoming applications from all backgrounds without regard to age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, parental status, race, religion, and our First Nation peoples.
