Job DescriptionThe role includes:Assist, under supervision, in the ongoing asset management of existing portfolio Project companies and Holding companies.Assist, under supervision, in the ESG and sustainability reporting.Provide support in the analysis of operational reports, board reports, management accounts, counterparty financials, reviewing project models and legal documentation.Conduct quarterly valuations for the portfolio of investments with assistance and supervision and transition to ownership of financial model for quarterly valuation templates.Assist, under supervision, in the transacting and execution of new investment opportunities.Assist in the identification and implementation of value enhancement initiatives across investments, including monitoring and measurement of the impacts.Support the preparation of internal documentation, presentations, and reports.Assist, under supervision, in the annual funds external auditing and in the third-party independent asset valuation processes.Assist in the administrative process in relation to tax compliance matters on single investments and funds.Prepare various reports and financial analysis on single investments and funds.Relationship management – supporting senior colleagues on relationships with project company management team, co-sponsors, and advisors (technical, legal, insurance).Assist in the administrative processes, communications, and documentation which involves TMF and RSM.The successful candidate should have the following skills / attributes:Ideally knowledge of Australia/NZ PPP infrastructure sector.Ideally knowledge of Australian/NZ PPP legal framework.Ideally knowledge of Australian/NZ accounting and corporate tax (previous experience in a big four, investment bank or construction and concession industry will be positively valued).Ideally 2 years' experience in Infrastructure Project Finance related activity.Strong financial analytic and modelling skills: ability to understand and analyse financial statements and complex financial models.Strong organisational skills – ability to multi-task and organise time effectively.Language skills: Fluent in English and ideally another language.We're committed to providing an inclusive workplace where all forms of difference are valued and which is free from any form of unfair or unlawful treatment.
