About the RoleAs an Analyst, Commercial FX Sales (Dealer) in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to develop, deliver and execute FX for Markets within the Commercial customer franchise and improve the delivery of risk management solutions. You and the FX Sales team will provide risk management services across a range of foreign exchange products, maintain and enhance existing customer relationships and develop new relationships in order to grow the Institutional FX Sales business.

What will your day look like? • Achieve revenue targets for Commercial FX Sales
• Support the FX team in achieving revenue targets. Focus on volumes and relationships
• Actively seeks information to better understand customer needs, solve problems, deepen relationships
• Focus on increasing customer calls, growing your business and building pipeline
• Proposes opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve the customer and employee experience
• Assist the FX Sales team with daily processes including preparing pitch presentations, pricing, market commentaries and deal entry
• Build and maintain key business partner relationships in conjunction with the FX team
