Job Summary: The Analyst will oversee the migration progress in branches, assist implementation function in Client's side by performing installation, system integration set up, technical support and customer service tasks. Provide supporting tools for customers' transaction execution and provide response to client's inquiry. On top of that to also ensuring effective communication, quality assurance, and risk management.
This role involves regular status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External), facilitating working group communications, and managing project documentation and deliverables.
This role also provide some EBanking support experience for the right candidate as he will also be skill up to provide Day to Day Ebanking support and maintenance work for the EBanking system.
Key Responsibilities: Implementation / IntegrationAdhere to set Roles and Responsibilities to support migration process for cash and eBanking products.Takes ownership of implementation case to ensure completion of migration / implementation / integration process.To perform Ebanking system support and maintenance job.Assisting on Token management and logistic.Monitor Overall Migration Progress:Oversee and track the migration activities in the branch to ensure timely and successful completion.Provide regular status updates to related stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.Stakeholder Communication:Facilitate communication within working groups, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.Follow up on project status and issues, ensuring timely resolution and progress.Share information and interact with Clients to educate and inform about the ISO20022 project and related information.Quality Assurance:Ensure effective migration quality assurance processes are in place.Assess and ensure the overall customer impact and readiness towards proposed changes.Conduct quality assurance on the post-delivery impact of changes to ensure they meet the required standards.Issue Management:Escalate and intervene in issues within related working groups to ensure they are addressed promptly.Manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.Documentation and Reporting:Manage project documents, reports, and deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Qualifications: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and customer impact.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with project.
