Reporting to the Principal Business Systems and Process, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance team as the key point of contact for SAP and business process queries and taking a lead role on SAP governance compliance process.
Duties Support the Finance team to ensure that SAP FICO and other key business system interfaces are running smoothly and efficiently.Facilitate SAP governance process for SAP Finance and support the GM Finance and Principal Business Systems & Process with managing SAP governance process to ensure Segregation of Duty (SOD) compliance across all SAP modules.Monitor compliance with system controls across all SAP modulesRepresent Finance and collaborate with Technology during the planning, development, testing and implementation phases of break fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and new Technology applicationsInitiate and recommend opportunities to simplify and improve systems, processes, and reporting toolsSkills and experience Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology related fieldSAP business analyst experience supporting SAP FICO or other modules or demonstrated ability to interact with and articulate business requirements to SAP Technology consultants (internal and external)Experience managing SAP governance process to ensure SOD compliance across all SAP modules.Experience in mapping and improving business processes.Knowledge of integration and interfaces between SAP FI/CO, HR/PY, SD, MM and PS modulesPerth ROC Facilities Free on-site parking at remote operational centre (ROC)Modern spacious office with break-out facilitiesIn-house café providing variety of hot & cold food options and barista coffeeFlexi Leave available to all Perth based office staffFlexible working hours outside of core business hoursActive social club with community events and activities for employeesLifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your familyAbout Roy Hill Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.
