ING, Australia's most recommended bank is seeking an Analyst or Associate for our Wholesale Bank's Portfolio Management team based in Sydney. You will primarily specialise in supporting our Infrastructure Sector team, which provides financial solutions to leading developers, sponsors, and corporates from our regional hubs in London, New York, and Sydney.
You will work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders and develop relationships with portfolio clients and market participants. You will also have exposure to transaction management, modelling, and marketing. Whilst you will primarily support the Infrastructure Sector, you will also be given access and opportunities to work across different specialised areas.
What you will be doing: Analysing clients, projects and acquisitionsWriting reviews and credit papersPerforming financial modelling and analysis of financial modelsProviding external and internal process support across all phases of portfolio managementConducting credit risk assessments and research assignmentsAnalysing due diligence information and reviewing documentationWhat we are looking for: Tertiary degree in a relevant field2-4 years of banking or related experienceProficient in MS Excel and excellent numeracy skillsCredit risk analysis experience will be seen as advantageousExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent report writing skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise according to deadlinesA great attention to detail placing a high value on quality and accuracyA collaborative and team oriented mindsetIf you meet a number of the requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
